1. eDESIGN by JPI is an online design and decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look and function of your space. It is not intended for construction purposes. If any construction or structural modification is discussed it must be fulfilled with a licensed trade person in your local area. 2. Client agrees to complete the questionnaire in its entirety and provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project. 3. Jennifer Polley Interiors will perform service as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the eDESIGN project. 4. Jennifer Polley Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation or safety precautions in connection with the eDESIGN project. 5. Jennifer Polley Interiors cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the eDESIGN project. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE DESIGN FEE FOR E-DESIGN IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL FURNISH THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BY JENNIFER POLLEY INTERIORS, LLC (JPI) IN ORDER FOR THEM TO CREATE MY E-DESIGN. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND THE E-DESIGN SOLELY RELIES ON THIS INFORMATION. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPLETED DESIGN WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME EITHER THROUGH EMAIL OR A PRIVATE CLIENT PORTAL PAGE ACCESSED THROUGH THE JPI WEBSITE. THERE IS NO FACE TO FACE MEETING, AND THE DESIGN WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY ME.
