The eDESIGN Process

The eDESIGN by JPI process is very similar to our Full Service plans with a few key differences.

  1. All communication takes place online through your personalized eDESIGN Client portal and email - so no face-to-face meetings.
  2. You will be managing your project implementation. 
  3. All furnishings and decor will be sourced via online retailers and/or local shops unless trade-only sourcing is requested upon booking. 

Process Overview

DISCOVERY 

Getting started is simple. The JPI eDESIGN Discovery Questionnaire gives provides me with the information I need to get the ball rolling. We take care of the necessary housekeeping tasks of payment and service agreements.

Step 1: PROJECT INFORMATION

Upon receipt of your signed eDESIGN Service Agreement and payment, you will be invited to login to your personalized eDESIGN Client Portal. This is where the majority of our communication will take place. You will complete your Style & Needs Assessment and upload your "homework" in the portal and I begin the design process.

Step 2: CONCEPT PRESENTATION

The Concept Review is a critical step in developing a successful final design. You will review your style board and other essential information and provide feedback necessary for me to produce your final eDESIGN plan.

Step 3: FINAL eDESIGN PRESENTATION

Your final design will be delivered to you via your client portal. You will receive all the information you need to implement your custom eDESIGN plan and create your beautiful new space!

The eDESIGN Plan

All eDESIGN by JPI plans are fully customized to each individual client – no cookie-cutter designs here! Once I receive all of the required information, I get to work on your plan. Within 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, you will receive everything you need to implement your plan beautifully! Both the ESSENTIALS and ELEVATED plans feature a private eDESIGN client portal collaboration process, getting started instructions, customized style boards and an in-depth concept review to ensure a successful final design.

eDESIGN by JPI plans are perfect for those who crave great style, but need a help pulling it all together. It's also a great way to tackle large, multi-room projects with the ability to decorate at your own pace. From the ESSENTIALS to the more comprehensive ELEVATED plan or a custom solution designed specifically for you, Jenn

  • Access to a private eDESIGN client portal to present design deliverables, including floor plans, style board, photo-realistic 3D renderings (in plan), and shopping lists. This page will remain active for 90 days after delivery of the final design.
  • Getting Started instructions with measuring and photography guides.
  • Space plan(s) / furniture layout(s) drawn to scale to illustrate the “flow” in the space.
  • Furniture selections along with selections for larger accessories.
  • Concept presentation for your review and feedback
  • Style board(s) and easy to use, clickable shopping list(s)
  • Instruction sheet to guide you in implementing the design
  • Post-design email support for 21 days.
  • One revision included

Plans are priced per room. Multi-room plans are available upon request.

ELEVATED eDESIGN

Starts at $1197.00

  • + Personalized eDESIGN Client Portal Collaboration Process
